Modern American

  • 88

Wolf is a quintessential LA restaurant pulling influence from the city’s diverse, multicultural roots, and utilizing a farm-to-table cuisine. Chef/owner (and Top Chef runner-up) Marcel Vigneron’s New American, daily-changing menu includes dishes like burnt carrots tossed with coconut, passion fruit and tarragon, braised beef cheek with Jerusalem artichoke and turmeric peppercorn sauce or white miso black cod with wasabi greens. Cocktails features housemade shrubs, tinctures and sodas. The eclectic wood- and metal-accented interior imparts a hip, SoCal vibe.
